Terms of Service

Customers are welcome to inquire about any questions or concerns with what has been shown below.

- Town Farm Carpentry, LLC. Est 2025
- 1 Free Preliminary/Budgetary Estimate
- Insured with General Liability and Commercial Auto
- Projects over $3000 require a written contract and 33% deposit.
- Projects under $3000 require approved estimate and 50% deposit
- Work will not be scheduled until Deposit/Approvals/Signed Contracts/Permits have been completed
- Customers are responsible for Building Permits.
- Customers are responsible for providing electricity.
- Customers are responsible for Trash/Debris removal.
- Labor is billed at $50.00 per hour, and includes Truck, Tools, Ladders and some limited Equipment.
- Travel is charged 1 way at Labor Rate, Truck Fuel is considered a material cost.
- Materials and Rental Equipment is billed at cost plus a 10% fee.
- Work is invoiced every 14 days, or if significant material purchases are made.
- Invoices will be emailed to customer and will include online payment options.
- Payments are due within 7 days of invoicing.
- Lein Waiver can be provided upon receipt of final payment.
- All work will be done in accordance with local building codes
- All Installations will be done to manufacturers' installation instructions.
- All Jobsites will be kept broom clean, and all efforts will be made to minimize dust
- All workmanship is warrantied for a minimum of 1 year from the date of final payment
- Material will only be warrantied if it is purchased by Town Farm Carpentry.
- Pictures for use on social media or website will only be done with the consent of the Customer.
